In a biggest recruitment drive in the Health Department, 1,763 doctors were inducted to the service in Karnataka yesterday. During the induction programme, Dr. K. Sudhakar has said that this is the biggest recruitment drive ever in the state. This is for the first time that the Health Department in the state has directly recruited doctors instead of going through Karnataka Public Service Commission.
