Earlier, Medical Education Minister Dr. K Sudhakar has tweeted that the state is steadily maintaining a healthy recovery rate of 61.39 per cent and mortality rate remains low at 1.49 per cent.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The tweet says that the government is effectively tracing all contacts of positive cases within 24 hours and every inter-state arrival is being quarantined for 14 days. In another message put out by COVID War Room, Task Force Head Munish Moudgil has said that COVID active cases in the state will surge by 17,000 in about 50 to 60 days, if the daily growth rate of cases is three per cent and it will spike to 25,000 if the daily growth rate is four per cent. He has stressed on the need to trace contacts of every positive patient within 24 hours and increase in testing vulnerable and infectious groups.</span><br />
