Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa will present the 2011-12 annual budget and the state's first exclusive 'agri-budget' on Wednesday. This will be the sixth consecutive budget to be presented by Yeddyurappa and the fourth in a row after he led BJP to victory in the 2008 Assembly polls. The Chief Minister, who also holds the finance portfolio, is presenting the State Budget ahead of the Union Budget. The Chief Minister has promised that separate Agriculture budget will help fill the deficit in rural infrastructure development and promote agriculture growth in the years to come.
