Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa arrived in New Delhi on Wednesday night for crucial talks with the BJP leadership voicing confidence that he will stay on. Mr Yeddyurappa, who was summoned by the BJP leadership, said he will also meet the Reddy brothers today. He met senior party leaders Arun Jaitley, M Venkaiah Naidu and Aanant Kumar and discussed the crisis in the state unit. Talking to reporters, Mr. Yeddyurappa said that he will also meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today on the issue of flood relief in the state. Karnataka Governor H R Bhardwaj, who is in New Delhi on a private visit, said that he is keeping a watch on the situation and will act when it is necessary.<br/><br/>Earlier, the BJP President Rajnath Singh had told media, after meeting the top BJP brass, that there will be no leadership change in Karnataka.
