The Budget session in Karnataka will commence from February 24. The Minister for Higher Education Dr. V S Acharya informed this after the cabinet meeting in Bangalore on Thursday. The State budget will be presented much before the Central budget for the first time. The Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa who also holds the Finance portfolio has informed that a separate Budget for Agriculture will be presented by him. This is for the first time in the Country that a separate budget for the Agriculture sector will be presented.
