Before starting the road show Mr, Modi offered a floral tribute to Bengaluru founder Kempegowda at New Thippasandra. Later addressing a public meeting at Shivamogga, Prime Minister expressed gratitude towards the people of Bengaluru for turning up in huge numbers in his road show. Mr Modi said immense love and trust shown by the people of Bengaluru had touched his heart and he will forever be indebted to Karnataka. Questioning the credibility of the Congress, Mr. Modi said it can never fulfill promises made in its manifesto. He called the Congress's promise of giving 10 lakh jobs in the next five years, a blatant lie. Mr. Modi said, during its 3.5 years of governance in Karnataka, BJP has created 13 lakh formal jobs every year. Highlighting the country's achievements in the field of agriculture, the Prime Minister said, India is now among the top ten agriculture exporter countries. Several star campaigners from BJP also campaigned in the State today. Addressing a public meeting at Moodabidri  Mrs. Priyanka Gandhi said, the real issues in Karnataka are inflation, unemployment and rampant corruption. Charging BJP of ruining the industry sector in Karnataka, she said, it has brought a culture of corruption in the state. Reiterating the promises made by the party in its manifesto, Mrs. Gandhi said the Congress has fulfilled its promises in Chhattisgarh and Himachal Pradesh and the party will also fulfill them in Karnataka.<br />''         <br />''Addressing a public rally at Anekal, Mr. Rahul Gandhi said, his party has a line of credible leadership in Karnataka.
