In a surprising move Member of Parliament, D K Suresh has filed his nomination today from Kanakapura as a Congress candidate whereas his brother D K Shivakumar filed his nomination on April 17. Just hours before the closure of time for filing Nominations, D K Suresh filed the nomination.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Speaking to media persons later, D K Suresh has said that as a safeguard he has filed the nomination in case of rejection of any nomination of Congress candidates after scrutiny. He charged that there is a possibility of a conspiracy to reject the nomination of D K Shivakumar and so as a precautionary measure he has also filed the nomination as a Congress candidate.</span><br />
