Karnataka Legislative Assembly in Karnataka was adjourned sine die on Wednesday amidst pandemonium and sloganeering. Ten Bills were passed without any discussion. The Opposition continued its dharna in the well of the House with a demand to probe donations paid by corporate houses to Prerana Education and Social Trust managed by Chief Minister’s sons. After three adjournments and Business Advisory Committee meeting twice there was no let up in the stand taken by the Government and the Opposition. The Government did not accept the demand of investigation by CBI on the issue. As per schedule the Assembly session was planned till Thursday.
