The Government of Karnataka on Monday appointed a Commission of Inquiry under Justice B.Padmaraj, former Judge of Karnataka High Court on illegal allotment of sites by Bangalore Development Authority and denotification of land notified by BDA. The scope of inquiry covers the period commencing from January 1, 1995 till the date of issue of this notification. The Government order also directs that the Commission shall complete the enquiry and give its report within a period of one year.
