<span style="color: #222222;">The caretaker Chief Minister of Karnataka H D Kumaraswamy today announced a new programme to waive off loans of weaker sections and landless labourers having an annual income below one lakh twenty thousand. <br />'' <br />'' Addressing media persons in Bengaluru today, Kumaraswamy said that Debt Relief Act that received the nod of the President on July 16 was enacted through a Government order yesterday. <br />'' <br />'' This will waive off loans taken from money lenders and other private lenders as a one time measure. He asked persons from weaker sections to submit the loan details to the Assistant Commissioners of their district in 90 days to avail this one-time relief.</span><br />''
