<span style="color: #222222;">In Karnataka 64, 07, 930 children in the age group of 0-5 will be given pulse polio vaccine tomorrow. The State Health and Medical Education Minister Dr. K Sudhakar has urged parents to mandatorily get their children immunized with the polio vaccine. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing the media in Bengaluru today, Dr. Sudhakar said that, the polio vaccination drive was supposed to be held on January 17th but postponed due to the Covid-19 vaccination drive. Briefing about the arrangements made for the pulse polio immunization programme, the minister said, the state currently has 85, 05,060 doses of the polio vaccine and 1, 10,179 vaccinators to administer it. 6,645 supervisor teams and 904 mobile teams have been formed for the purpose of the polio vaccination drive. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the minister also said that 2, 90,533 people have been administered Covid -19 vaccine and no casualties have been reported so far in the state. </span><br />''  <br />
