In a low key yet an emotional event Lt Gen Harvinder Singh paid floral tributes to martyrs st Veer bhoomi in Kargil War memorial.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">At the foot hills of Tololing peak, the General Officer Commanding interacted with the soldiers and raised Bharat Mata ki Jai slogans. Surprisingly, Lt Gen Harvinder Singh met soldiers of various ranks and remembered his association with them at various places and in different capacities.
