<span style="color: #222222;">In Kargil Ladakh, District Magistrate Baseer ul Haq Choudhary has issued orders for de-containment of Sanjak, Hagnis and Samrah villages, today. Speaking to AIR News in an exclusive interview in Kargil, Mr Baseer Ul Haq Chowdhary said that due to non-reporting of COVID-19 positive case after the passage of 28 days since the last reporting of last negative case from this village the containment of Sanjak, Hagnis and Samrah villages is hereby rescinded.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">However, he said that the villages shall remain under surveillance for next fourteen days and De-containment orders were taken as per the SOPs already issued by the Union Home Ministry and Ladakh UT Administration. He said, same procedures will be followed for decontianment of Sankoo and Thunia containment zones</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Baseer Ul Haq appreciated the contribution of the people of Shakar Chiktan with the administration to contain the spread of the virus during these days. He appealed the public to cooperate with the administration as the problem is not yet over. Responding to the sentiments of people, Mr. Baseer Ul Haq said that containment is tought but is taken in the welfare of the people.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He assured the public of Suru Valley and Barsoo Nallah who have to pass through containment zones will get due permission from the concerned Magistrate or SDM for movement on advanced application.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Baseer Ul Haq appreciated the efforts religious organizations in Kargil in educating the people regarding the importance of lockdown, especially in the Holy month of Ramzan.  There are no reports of any volitions of lockdown in the holy month.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Wishing in advance for a healthy Eid, he requested the people to keep the Eid celebration limited to home and avoid large gathering as celebrations is only possible if we ensure health and hygiene of our beloved ones.</span><br />''
