<span style="color: #222222;">Congress leader Kapil Sibal has demanded that a judicial  inquiry by a sitting judge should be conducted in the Lakhimpur Kheri incident. Mr Sibal also said, the Union Minister, in question, must be dismissed at least during the inquiry as the incident took place with respect to his convoy.</span><br />
