DMK MP Kanimozhi has been released from Tihar jail after six months. She was granted bail by Delhi High Court yesterday.

The Rajya Sabha MP and daughter of party supremo M. Karunanidhi, was arrested on May 20 this year, for her alleged role in the telecom scam.

Kanimozhi furnished bail bond for her release after which the court issued release warrant for Kanimozhi, Shahid Balwa and four others.
