In North Korea, Mr. Kang Sok Ju was appointed as the vice premier of the country today. According to a decree of the Presidium of People's Assembly, Mr. Kim Kye Gwan has taken over as first vice minister of foreign affairs and Mr. Ri Yong He as vice minister of foreign affairs.
