In Uttar Pradesh, Police claimed to have solved the case of the murder of Hindu Samaj Party President Kamlesh Tiwari with the arrest of 3 persons by Gujarat ATS. DGP of Uttar Pradesh OP Singh today said that the murder of Kamlesh Tiwari was prima facie a radical killing but the link of any terrorist organisation has not been established till now. In a press conference in Lucknow today OP Singh said that a total of five people were involved in the murder. <br />'' <br />'' Three conspirators have been arrested by Gujrat ATS while efforts are on to search for two others, who executed the killing. The three arrested men have been identified as Maulana Sheikh Salim, a worker at a saree shop, Faizan, a shoe shop worker, and tailor Rashid Ahmad alias Rashad Pathan. Two clerics from Bijnaur district who had earlier announced a bounty on the head of Kamlesh have been questioned in connection with the murder.
