The Minister for Road Transport and Highways Mr Kamal Nath has invited US construction and investment companies to participate in the road sector in India. Addressing at the Global Construction Summit 2010 at New York, he told the audience representing major construction and investment companies from all over the world about the essentially domestic demand-driven growth of India. Mr Kamal Nath also interacted in separate meetings with groups of CEOs and senior executives representing a mix of US finance, consultancy and investment companies and informed the audience about the tremendous opportunities generated by the resurgence of the Indian economy.
