In Uttar Pradesh ending all speculation about his return to Bharatiya Janata Party, former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister MP Mr Kalyan Singh on the occasion of his 77th birthday on Tuesday floated a new political outfit – Jan Kranti Party. AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that this is the second time Kalyan has floated a political party within a span of a decade. Earlier in December, 1999 he had floated Rashtriya Kranti Party which he disbanded in 2004.
