In Tamil Nadu, a well known private TV channel Kalaignar TV was raided by the CBI officials in Chennai in the wee hours today. The raids came in the wake of allegations that there was a connection between accused Shahid Usman Balwa-promoted Swan Telecom and the channel.Earlier on Wednesday, the CEO of the channel, Sarat Kumar said in a press release that all accounts of the channel are properly audited and is open for CBI and IT officials.
