Kailash Mansarovar yatra through Nathu La in Sikkim has been cancelled. The move is a disappointment to the 400 devotees who were hoping to visit the high altitude area,believed to be the abode of Lord Shiva. Trade through the Nathu La route, will however continue. <br/><br/>Eight batches, each comprising around 50 pilgrims, were scheduled to have taken the Nathu La route to Mansarovar in Tibet. The first batch of Kailash Mansarovar pilgrims had to return from the Nathu La border post due to reported stand off between India and China. However, yatra through Lipulekh Pass in Uttarakhand will continue as scheduled.
