Kabul International airport to be improved with aid from Japan

In Afghanistan Kabul International airport will be improved with the aid from Japan. According to the Afghan Ministry of Transport and Aviation the 30 million dollar project will be funded by Japanese government. Under the plan airport runway will be repaired and upgraded by a Japanese company. Mohammad Yaqoob Rasoli, the Head of Kabul International airport has said that by upgrading the runway larger aircrafts will also be able to land and take off easily at the airport.
