India defeated Chinese Taipei 43-18 in a preliminary match of Pool 'A' of the first women's World Cup Kabbadi championship to virtually seal its berth in the quarter-finals at Patna on Friday. India will take on Mexico in their third and final preliminary league match today.In other matches, Iran ,Bangladesh ,Sri Lanka, Thailand, Japan and Indonesia won their matches.Besides India, 16 countries, including the United States Japan, Canada, Iran and Italy, will vie for the World Cup title.
