K G Bhaskaran, brother of former Chief Justice of India, Justice K G Balakrishnan has resigned as Special Government Pleader for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe cases in Kerala High Court. He tendered his resignation to the Advocate General C P Sudhakara Prasad, citing health reasons. K G Bhaskaran went on Medical Leave last Tuesday, amidst media reports that he had amassed wealth disproportionate to known sources of income.
