Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today said justifying triple talaq is unconstitutional by anyone. Replying to a media query, Mr Naqvi told media outside Parliament that the Constitution is supreme in the country and should be followed. He said, the country does not function on the basis of Fatwas.<br/><br/>To another question, Mr Naqvi said, Uttar Pradesh will witness all round development under the Chief Ministership of Yogi Adityanath. He said, the Centre is committed for the growth of the country and taking reformative steps in this regard.<br/><br/>
