Retired Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court Justice Permod Kohli has been appointed as the Chairman of Central Administrative Tribunal. It was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet. Justice Kohli will be in the post for a period of five years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till attaining the age of 68 years, whichever is earlier.
