Madras High Court judge CS Karnan who kicked up controversies recently has been directed to oblige the transfer order and join Calcutta High Court on or before 11th March.<br/><br/>Justice Karnan stayed his own transfer recommended by the Chief Justice of India on 15th of this month and made sweeping charges against fellow Judges earlier.<br/><br/>However, he later expressed regrets for the stay of his own transfer and said he passed the erroneous order under mental frustration.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the Registrar General of Madras High Court has received a communication from the Centre, that conveys the consent of the President of India to the recommendation of the Chief Justice of India to transfer Justice Karnan. <br/><br/>
