Justice M.Y. Iqbal was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court on Friday. He was administered the oath of office by Tamilnadu Governor Mr.Surjeet Singh Barnala at a function held at the Raj Bhavan. Prior to this appointment, Justice Iqbal was the acting Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court.<br/>
