Justice Nelson Britto of the Bombay High Court at Goa on Friday declined to hear the anticipatory bail applications filed by former Tourism Minister Micky Pacheco and his OSD Mr. Lyndon Monteiro who are both prime accused in the death of Ms Nadia <br/>Torrado. When the bail applications came up for hearing today, Justice Britto said ‘not before me’.<br/> <br/>Micky and Lyndon would now have to move an application before the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court requesting that the anticipatory bail applications be now heard by another judge.<br/><br/>Earlier this month on 2nd June Justice Nelson Britto in his order in the bail application of suspended Police Inspector Ashish Shirodkar had observed ‘If the Police department can send police Inspectors north and east to investigate a simple case of attempted suicide, the police department could have certainly sent a responsible officer to record the statement of Atala’s friend’. <br/>
