Mr Justice Barin Ghosh assumed office as the new Chief Justice of the Sikkim High Court today.The Governor Mr M K Narayanan administered him the oath of office at Raj Bhawan in Gangtok this evening. Mr Justice Ghosh, the erstwhile Chief Justice of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court, replaces Mr Justice of Aftab Hussain Saikia who has been transferred to Jammu & Kashmir High Court as Chief Justice in his place.
