Justice Balbir Singh Chauhan has been appointed as chairperson of the Law Commission of India. Law Ministry in a release said, Justice Chauhan, retired Judge of Supreme Court has been appointed as Chairperson of 21st Law Commission. He will remain on this post upto 31st of August, 2018. <br/><br/>The 21st Law Commission of India was constituted by the government of India on 14th September, 2015 for a period of three years.
