National Human Rights Commission, NHRC has issued notices to the Railways, and the Haryana government and its police chief over the killing of a Muslim youth on a train in Faridabad last month. <br/><br/>A report has been sought from them in four weeks.<br/><br/>Seventeen-year-old Junaid was stabbed to death when he was returning home by train after shopping for Eid in Delhi on the 22nd of last month. Junaid's brothers were injured by a mob in Ballabgarh area of Faridabad.
