The Janadhipathya Samrakshana Samithi [JSS], a constituent of the Congress-led United Democratic Front in Kerala has announced its candidates for the forthcoming Assembly polls in the state. JSS senior leader and former Minister K R Gowriamma will contest in Cherthala Assembly seat. The party has fielded AN Rajan Babu in Karunagapally and Umesh Challiyil in Kaipamanagalam. K K Shaju will be the party candidate in the Mavelikkara reserved constituency. The candidates were announced after the party meeting at Chathanad in Alappuzha district this afternoon.
