Jr. World Cup Hockey, Delhi : India meet Korea in final pool match today

India will clash with Korea in its must-win final Pool-C match of the Men's Junior Hockey World Cup at New Delhi today. The match will be played at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium at 8 in the evening. With a victory and a defeat, India is, currently, third in the Group with 3 points. India had lost to the Netherlands, 2-3, in their opener, while they had defeated Canada, 3-2 in their last match on Saturday.The Netherlands, which have won both its matches, are at the top of the table with 6 points, and have already made it to the quarterfinals. Korea is at second with 3 points, and it also faces a must-win situation today. Canada is fourth and already out of the tournament.The Netherlands will take on Canada at 6 PM, in the other Pool-C match today.In the final two Pool-A matches, defending champions Germany will face Egypt at 2 PM, while Pakistan will meet Belgium at 4 PM. Pool-A is wide open, as all the teams, except Egypt, have a chance to make it to the last-8 stage, today.Yesterday, Australia and France from Pool-B, and Malaysia and New Zealand from Pool-D booked the quarterfinal berths.
