Journalist Jyotirmoy murder: Second chargesheet filed against accused Jigna & Deepak

The crime branch of the Mumbai Police has filed a second supplementary chargesheet against accused Jigna Vora and Deepak Sisodia arrested in Journalist Jyotirmoy Dey murder case.

The 119 page supplementary chargesheet filed by the police before the special Maharashtra Court of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court in Mumbai yesterday contains mobile phone details and statements of four witnesses' statements in the case.

Statements of the administration department of the newspaper publication where journalist Jigna Vora worked as a deputy editor were also recorded by the Police.

Speaking to media persons in Mumbai Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Himanshu Roy said that the police is in the process of collecting information of Jigna Vohra's emails which will be additional evidence against her.

He also said that the Police have recovered the two mobile phones used by Deepak Sisodia which were not in his name.
