In Andhra Pradesh, the Student Joint Action Committee of various universities in Telangana region has called for bandh on Wednesday demanding elected public representatives to immediately resign from the posts. <br/><br/>Following alleged suicide by a student in Hyderabad on Tuesday, the student JAC has called for bandh in the region. The All-party JAC has also extended support for the bandh in ten districts of the Region. The RTC has withdrawn several bus services and Railways have rescheduled many trains passing through the region.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the all-party JAC has decided to mount pressure on the MPs and MLAs from the region, which is yet to resign to put in their papers to the Lok Sabha and Assembly speaker to join the movement for Telangana. <br/><br/>It has also decided to ask the ministers from the region to once again press their resignations including as MLAs. It was known that the Telangana JAC has set 28th of this month as dead-line for the Centre to announce clear time frame for carving out Telangana state.
