Johanna Konta reaches French Open semi-finals

In French Open Tennis, Johanna Konta moved to the semi-finals beating last year's runner up Sloane Stephens 6-1, 6-4 in the women's singles quarter-final. With this win, Konta became the first British woman to reach the French Open semi-final since 1983. 19-year-old Marketa Vondrousova will take on Petra Marti? in today's remaining quarter-final clash.

In Men's Singles, the quarter-final match between Roger Federer and Stanislas Wawrinka is underway with Federer winning the first set 7-6 and Wawrinka grabbing the second set 6-4. Another Men's Quarter final match is underway between world no.2 Rafael Nadal and  Kei Nishikori.
