JNU Teacher's Association and JNU Student's Union today submitted a memorandum to university Vice-Chancellor demanding to bring normalcy in the campus. <br/><br/>Both associations said, they wanted the situation to improve as the atmosphere is unstable. They also submitted a letter to the enquiry committee saying that both associations should be kept in the loop while making any decision.<br/><br/>The JNU teachers association said all criminal charges like criminal conspiracy, sedition should be dropped. It said, internal inquiry mechanism is needed and Police should not be allowed to enter and arrest any student. The student Union said, they will abide by every decision of the Vice Chancellor.<br/><br/>Five JNU students, including Umar Khalid, who the police have been looking for in connection with a sedition case, surfaced on the campus yesterday. Police teams have been positioned outside the JNU and have been asked to wait for the students to surrender themselves.
