The Delhi High Court is likely to resume tomorrow, hearing on a bail plea of JNU Students' Union President Kanhaiya Kumar arrested in a sedition case. The Court had deferred the hearing on last Wednesday after police informed court that it will seek Kanhaiya's further custodial interrogation.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, a Delhi court yesterday extended police custody of two other JNU students, Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya, arrested in the same case, by two more days. <br/><br/>The students face sedition charges for allegedly raising anti-national slogans at the JNU campus during an event earlier this month. Talking to media yesterday, Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi said that he has asked the investigating police officials to transfer the case to a Special Police Cell.
