A District court in Allahabad has ordered filing of sedition charge against Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi in connection with JNU incident where he later visited. A petition was filed by a lawyer Sushil Kumar Shukla. The judicial magistrate in his order asked to file charges against Rahul Gandhi under section 124, 124A and other sections.
