JNCASR signs MoU with Breathe Applied Sciences for Conversion of Carbon dioxide to clean fuels

<span style="color: #222222;">Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) has entered into an MoU with Breathe Applied Sciences for Conversion of Carbon dioxide to clean fuels such as methanol and other useful chemicals on large scale. Under the agreed terms 300 kilogram of Carbon dioxide will be converted to useful chemicals per day. This will be scaled up to 500 tons after one year. Companies like Tata Steel, and Coal India Limited are in discussion with the Institute for potential to develop the developed technology. The transfer of technology from the Institute to Breathe Applied Sciences and it's further application on Industrial level will add to the remedial solutions to address environmental issues due to global warming.</span><br />
