Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) has termed as farcical and preposterous the report of Prime Minister's working group on "centre-state relations". It had exploded the myth of government's sincerity in addressing the present crisis in right perspective and in ensuring a fair deal to the various sections of the society, chief spokesperson and JKNPP MLA Harsh Dev Singh told reporters in Jammu.<br/><br/>He alleged that the presentation of the report by the Secretary of the working group to the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah was highly mischievous and intriguing besides being outrageous and contemptuous in so far as the high office of the Prime Minister was concern. Singh, who was one of the members of the group, maintained that the report was a fraud in so far as its contents and recommendations were concerned.<br/>
