In Jammu and Kashmir, Winter Sports Club Shakar Chiktan lifted the 10th CEC Ice Hockey Cup by defeating Friends Pashkum by 7 goals. Its captain Shabir Shah was adjudged man of the match and won Rs. 50,000 prize money for the team.Asgar Ali of Friends Pashkum was adjudged the man of the Series. His team won the runner up trophy and prize money of Rs. 30,000.The tournament was organized by District Youth Service and Sports Department at Khree Sultan Choo Ice Hockey Rink Kargil. Eight teams participated in the event.
