<span style="color: #222222;">The  Winter Carnival has commenced at Drass, the second coldest inhabited place in the world. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It began with the event of Archery under the aegis of Drass Warriors Brigade in which 120 Archers participated. Locals from all walks of life and different age groups exhibited their talent in archery.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">During the course of the next few days, the Indian Army will organize numerous events for the local people to showcase their talents in arts and crafts.  Various sports events such as Ice Skating, Snow Ski, Polo, and Archery will also be held. </span>
