Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) IEC Van on Saturday reached Gura Mundian panchayat, Hiranagar block of Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, where it received a warm welcome by locals, PRI Members and administration. The event witnessed the participation of Union Minister of Science and Technology Dr Jitendra Singh. On this occasion, the Prime Minister's message was broadcast through the IEC Van. During this event, Dr Singh also e-inaugurated five PMGSY roads of the Kathua district.
