Union Minister of State for Science & Technology, MoS PMO, Personnel, Public Grievances, Pensions, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr. Jitendra Singh said that Jammu, being the hub of education in India with the prestigious institutions in an area of only few kilometers like IIT, IIM, IIMC, AIIMS, and CSIR-IIIM has been chosen for maiden inter-institutional connect for paving the way towards collaborative research, collective entrepreneurship & concrete action plan for greater integration of the institutions. <br />'' <br />''Dr. Jitendra Singh said this while chairing a high-level meeting of heads of all Science & Technology and academic institutions of Jammu region to foster inter-institutional connections among universities and institutes of Jammu region at Convention Centre, Jammu. <br />''<br />''Dr. Singh said the sharing and exchange of resources, joint programs between institutions will create new opportunities and new avenues and this inter-institutional connect today will present a roadmap for the other institutions in the country towards sharing of resources, greater interconnectedness etc.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Besides Principal Scientific Advisor, Government of India, Ajay Kumar Sood and Director General CSIR & Secretary DSIR, Dr. N.
