<span style="color: #000000;">In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, a two-year-old child was killed and seven people, including a BJP leader and his five-month-old son, were injured, after suspected terrorists lobbed a grenade at his residence in Khandli bridge chowk in the outskirts of Rajouri town late last night. AIR Jammu Correspondent reports that the blast took place after the suspected terrorists lobbed a grenade at BJP mandal president Jasbir Singh's house, in which eight persons were injured and one of them, the child, succumbed to his injuries at Government Medical College, Rajouri. Meanwhile, two of the injured are in critical condition. <br />''<br />''The house was targeted around 9.30 PM and some unknown terrorists lobbed the grenade when the family members were on the terrace. The search teams have recovered the liver of the grenade from the spot, while the police and para-military troops conducted searches in and around the town till late in the night, but no arrests were made till now. Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinah strongly condemned the cowardly attack and extended his condolences to the family and prayers for early recovery of the injured and said that the perpetrators of this heinous act will be brought to justice soon. However, BJP National General Secretary, Tarun Chugh, who is incharge of J&K, also condemn the attack. J&K Congress chief spokesperson Ravinder Sharma, has expressed concern over the incident and called for tracing and punishing the culprits.</span><br />
