In Jammu & Kashmir, two unidentified militants were killed in ongoing operation in north Kashmir's Kupwara district. An Army spokesman told AIR that two unidentified militants were killed in Putshai area of Lolab forests in the district. The area is around 115 kilometres in north of Srinagar headquarters. Four militants are believed to be trapped in the area. The operation commenced in wee hours in the area today. More details were awaited.
