In Jammu and Kashmir, authorities today restored one-way vehicular traffic on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44), which was blocked due to landslides at many places triggered by overnight rains in Ramban district.<br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports that the NH-44 has been restored for one-way traffic and the stranded Amarnath Yatris have been allowed to move towards Kashmir via Baltal route who were stranded at Chanderkote since morning.<br />'' <br />''The National Highway was blocked at Mehaar, Cafeteria Mode, Chamba, Anokhi fall, Kelamode, and Pantiyal due to landslides and shooting stones triggered by rain. The Amarnath Yatris were stopped at Yatra Niwas Chanderkote in Ramban district due to the closure of the National Highway. Over 6,000 Amarnath Yatris are scheduled to visit the holy cave shrine of Lord Shiva in Anantnag via Baltal and Pahalgam.
