In Jammu and Kashmir, the State government has reiterated its commitment to provide equal opportunities for development of all the three regions of the State to utilize the tourism prospects. <br/><br/>He also said, Jammu being a potential pilgrim tourism destination, is receiving focused attention from the government. <br/><br/>This was stated by J&K Minister for Tourism and Culture Nawang Rigzin Jora at the concluding ceremony of the three-day Baisakhi Festival, organized by Tourism Department in collaboration with Tour and Travel stake holders. <br/><br/>The Minister said that a massive infrastructure developmental programme has also been started in the region under the tourism sector. <br/><br/>He said a large number of infrastructure facilities have been created at prime tourist destinations, besides taking up the development of new tourism destinations. <br/>
